Hello readers of the Trouble With Spikol ! I am Alli, doing a little test run. As Liz said, I'm an intern over at Philadelphia Weekly, an Oberlin grad, and a target for sugar gliders and other small mammals. She left out that I have a pet fish, Alp.
I'm not sure you can get a real sense of how awesome he is from this picture (fish don't photograph well) but give him (and me) the benefit of the doubt.

Welcome to Liz's "hood". As long as you say nice things about small animals things seem to stay managable. Also, most readers have an almost American Idol love of Dick Cheyney. (NOT!)

You have a beautiful fish. Is it a Japanese Fighting fish? I cannot believe you were able to catch it still like that for a photograph.
My cat thinks he is delicious. Whoops.
Anyway, have fun. Liz has been a real inspiration for me and my writing.
