Forgot to tell you guys

My shrink recently told me that he didn't think I should live alone. I know he's right, but I was still disappointed somehow. You can know something about yourself, but it always becomes more real when someone else points it out.

Anyhoo, I think it's weird how there's an ad for a bariatric surgeon on the same page as this article. Or not weird, actually. Just kind of depressing.

you don't live alone. you have your fur babies with you.

I lived alone for a number of years and was partially happy to be living alone but the loneliness of it all was hard. Now I really enjoy living with other people (my parents) because we get along really well most of the time and I find their company enjoyable. The key to happy living with other people *I think* is liking the people you live with. Otherwise it is much better to just live alone and have some pets or something. That's my 2 cents. :)

I thought you had lots of co-habitants sharing your dwelling place (including at least one other human). Did you just mean that as a general rule you shouldn't live alone, and that even though you're not in that situation now, it would be bad if you ever came to be in that situation at some time in the future?

I don't think I should live alone, either, but I do anyway. Maybe it's just as well, since people so often piss me off (or perhaps it would make more sense for me to say that I often feel angry or annoyed).
