Philadelphia, my home

The NYT has a video up of Philadelphia. It's so stupid. The footage was obviously taken at least a year ago, when it last snowed. And surprise, surprise, there's a reference to cheesesteaks. Ugh. Go here and scroll halfway down to see it.

ugh is right. the times seems to have decided that northern liberties is the only neighborhood in philadelphia. i'm a recent transplant to northern liberties myself. i expected it suck and was pleasant surprised that i actually liked the place. but, geez, there are a lot more interesting places in philly to spend your time.
